As mentioned above, 'tis probably a texture related issue. 'Ave ye checked y'er tecture files to make sure everything is still there in working order? Also, when ye reinstalled FH, did ye do a clean install by removing all files FH related before redownloading the game?
Also, did this possibly happen soon after installing that mod ye got on y'er game? It could 'ave corrupted some of y'er texture files, causing y'er game to crash. I use the same interface mod, but I believe ye also 'ave the graphics mod on that goes with it. I noticed when I used that f'er a short period of time that it made the game laggy, which could be the issue at hand.
