Three questions
« on: November 19, 2017, 07:03:09 am »
1. I downloaded Mass Markings, but not sure how to use it/add it to the game.
2. I downloaded a custom map, again not sure how to add it.
Basically, tell me how to open the FH folder?
And, 3. How do I save a preset?

Assuming you are on a windows...
On 7: You click on the start menu and then click on the Computer option then click on "OS (C:)" and the FeralHeart folder will be there.

On 10: Open the start menu and click the "File Explorer" button, then click "OS (C:)" and it'll be there.

As for installing the mods, you open the downloaded folder and place the files where they would need to go. Exported maps go into the exports folder.
For the sake of my own health and interests, I've left FH and I won't be looking back.

Thanks, I'll try it.
EDIT: but now I can't find the "OS (C:)" thingy.. ;-;

Ok, so I found the Feral Heart folder.. But now I don't know where to put the markings. Please tell me where to put the mass markings pack?

Find the folder called "Media" and inside it should be "textures", in there should be another one called "markings".
There should be a small file called "markings.cfg" and that goes in the main folder where the folders such as "media" were found.
The Japanese concept of wabisabi:
The closest concept in english would be 'rustic'
They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?
"Because it was my favourite & I like it"

It's OK, everything is fixed I think! Someone can lock :)
