pack cant see preset?

hi, i make my character a preset in preset_1 folder
i export it and send the .fhp file to pack rp on discord but when they download they cant see my preset??? help???

it is as Logout_1.fhp but everyone can just see me default
???

i deleted i tried to export and put on again but still no one sees it

are they putting it into the right folder?

.fhps of other people go into presets, whereas yours go into my_presets

Is it a capital letter at the beginning "Logout_1.fhp" when you export it but not when you log in? (hehe.. logout/login)
Because right now, I see your name without capital letters at all.  If you export it without capital letters it might function for them.
(Capital letter is a well known glitch)

Have you uploaded it to the Preset Uploader thing? Under user panel?
