Preset Problems?

Hey guys, my friend has a preset for their lion, and I went to their link to download it, which I did on mediafire, but when I put it in "Presets" and go online, their character isn't showing up for me. I've been reading other threads about the problems and I've tried a lot of things but it still will not change. They do not have a number after it [ like (1)], and their username is [ for example: wolf but their preset says Wolf] as in having just a capital letter difference, but  I tried to change it and it's still not showing. Any help would be GREAT!!!

Tell them to re export the preset but make sure their user is typed into the login box exactly as it's supposed to be.
 Capital and everything if need be.

It’s weird though because they just said other people can see it when then download it. Idk what’s going on. Did I possibly mess something up in my FH folder?

Are you making sure you are putting it in the "presets" folder and not "my_presets"?

Try changing the usernames first letter to lowercase, as well.
Sometimes it bugs out! I've had it happen to me.

If that doesn't work, try putting a . in front of the username. ^^

Yeah I'm putting it into "Presets", and I've tried changing the uppercase to lowercase, but it's still not working. I'll try the . when they are on today.
I was telling them that, I have the legandary markings, and i tried getting another one because it said it had them all, which it messed up the markings for my chars, so i switched back to legendary. They thought that might be causing the problem but idk. They wanted me to reget the torrent or something, but I hate messing with that stuff because I don't really know what it is.

UPDATE RN OK I downloaded someone randoms preset and I can see theirs fine!! So there must be something wrong with my friends?? Maybe??

Try having them re export it and give you the new .fhp and see what that does.

They've done it like 3 times and it still isn't working. I don't know what else to do.

If your friend named their preset Wolf but their username is wolf, they MUST login to the game using the same exact name as used on their preset. So in order for folks to see their preset, they need to login as Wolf, not wolf. See if that changes anything.
