Just copy a blank head and eye preset from another preset folder and replace the number in the name with 6

I think you accidentally removed the tail in your preset? If that's the case, simply make sure that you do not have the "tailless" tail option selected in preset maker. If that's not the case, make sure your coding and your file names align (precise order of characters, .png/.jpg, capital/lowercase letters, etc). Also make sure you have this in your coding (and that it says "tail"):
