Mane keeps staying white

I made my preset work but the problem is the mane... First I got the problem that it looked like this ~ http://wolfgirlys.deviantart.com/#/d3j9ah7
I fixed that and got the other mane file but now I have another problem.. It just keeps stying white while i want to have it black.. I colroed it in photoshop tried to save it as png and jpg - nothing.. Just keeps staying white.. I even tried to name it in many ways .. What should I do? =S

Hmm, Have you tried to code it at all ? one little typo in the code can make your preset white.

It was already coded I download this easy color http://some-art.deviantart.com/art/Color-Me-Now-Easy-FH-Preset-v2-192713049    and one friend sended me his material and all seems alright and even one other friend sended me her black mane but still white for me :C

Thank you and I fixed it =)  I changed the name of every file,colored it again and everything and now it works. Thank you so much for trying to help me :3
