Characters with white textures?

Hi! I recently returned to FH after a several year hiatus and have gotten the hang of everything for the most part. The only thing that I'm really confused about is the new FH Preset Sync feature. I've downloaded it and it seems to be working correctly (it has downloaded presets to my Feralheart/presets and FeralHeart/PublicPresets and I can see some of them in-game) but I see tons and tons of people with blank white textures, or even missing body textures with normal head/tail textures. I haven't messed with the default game files or preset sync files.

Is this a preset problem? Are there some resources I'm missing? Or do these people just have presets I can't see? Thank you for your time!

More than likely, you're just missing the most recent Mass markings pack.

They should both have instructions on how to install them in files called "READ ME", if you're unsure of how to do so.

Also, it's not a preset problem, as I see my character which is wearing a preset and it's not white.

It seems it was indeed due to not having the markings pack ^.^ I wasn't aware it existed but I'm glad FH got the updates it needed and now everything is working just fine. Thank you!
