Game Help / What do I do when I download a map, and it's in .fhz format?

Hi!

I downloaded a map, and when I went to open it to place all the files in the right places, it was .fhz and I couldn't open it. I'm wondering what to do. Do I just drag the whole .fhz file into the "exports" folder? Or can I even use the .fhz file? I need a specific answer..

Game Help / Several FH problems.... MUST HAVE HELP!!!

Alright. In the previous threads I've posted, it's either been heavily ignored or my questions weren't answered. Now, I really need it. Here's a list of my problems-
1. The new markings, (excluding eyes, back splotch, german shepard, and hellion) are not visible on the character.
2. When I log off FH once to edit a character or something, FH lags very bad. It already has slight lag when I first open.
3. I can not walk on ANY rocks, or go to the temple of dreams because I fall right through them no matter what.
4. Sometimes FH crashes for no reason
5. Gameplay lags
6. I cannot see the portal for the new maps.
I am also terrified to uninstall as I believe that if I do, when I reopen, the game will not work what so ever.
My computer is a PC windows vista with service pack 2.

Game Help / FH crashing for no reason?! PLEASE, HELP!!!

Alright... so this morning, I went to open FH. Everything went fine. I chose my character, and it was about half way through the usual time it tkaes to load on the splash screen, when bam, a window popped up saying- "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working" then some loading bar loaded and a screen popped up saying that windows could not find a solution to the problem. Also, the new markings that come with the patch, (excluding the eyes and back splotch) won't show up on the character. I am also having a problem where after I log out, Feral Heart lags VERY bad, but then when I close it and re open it, it's fine. Until I log out again...
So as you can see, I'm having loads of trouble. I am terrified to reinstall, as I fear I will completely lose the game. (I mean things such as I won't be able to open it without having it crash upon being clicked) I have no idea what's going on, but I reallllyyy need help.

Game Help / NEW PATCH MARKING PROBLEM... PLEASE HELP!

I just downloaded the new patch and the new markings aren't working except for "Back Splotch" and the new eyes. (which are awesome) anyway I'd really like to have the new markings, please please help!

Game Help / New optional map problem.... (no portal)

Hey guys.
Ok, so I now have come to a new problem. I have everything in the right folders, including pathways and such, and yet when I go to the cape all I see is the watermill portal, and that all my other portals have been deleted, and that there is no portal to the optional map world type...place. I really need help. The only change in my game is that it lags the most slightest bit. I'm afraid if I reinstall I'll lose all my characters and the people on my friends list.

Please help!

EDIT- Ok, so I found that all the files were in there right places including the pathways. Now, all my maps except watermill have been deleted on the cape, and now there is no portal to the new maps... I guess everyone is having problems and noone can get them by looking at all the posts... anyway, please if you know how to fix this- help!

I really need help. You see, I downloaded the new optional FH maps with utorrent. I went to find them, (which I found succesfully) but there was a problem. The file was "APPLICATION" instead of .exe... I am very worried over this. Please please help, I really need a detailed description of what to do. I am pretty sure I have the latest patch, unless the newest version was the one with lipsyncing.
