Site/Forum Help / please help my friend make an account!

hi everyone!!
my friend and i just re-discovered feralheart and *really* wanna play together. i managed to make an account ok and get the game downloaded, however my friend has been experiencing some difficulties!!! after registering, she didn't get a prompt to check her email for the validation code -- she checked anyways, and it wasn't there. after trying to register again, the site wouldn't let her, saying she'd already made an account, but she couldn't log into it successfully.
i really wanna play this game with her, so any help would be fantastic!!! thank you sooooooooooo much
