This is... quite random, actually. However! First off, brilliant map. Secondly... I'm just throwing this idea out there, as I've seen it with some other large, multi-group maps. But. Do you accept "patrols" of sorts? Literate and such and such. Ones who stay out of the way, just make sure that people bother to follow the rules. From what I've seen, it actually works quite well.

Please don't get me wrong, I'm not begging for a spot like that in the least, nor am I telling you that you should include this. Just.... throwing an idea out there ^.^
