What is your actual username?
This can happen if you have symbols in your username that cannot be used as a filename.

Well there's your problem.
Your username is *phoenix*, so when it exports, it cannot work.
Once you export a preset, it makes a .fhp file for you.
However, have you ever tried creating a new folder and using an * in the name?
The system doesn't allow it, so therefore, when you export your preset, it tries to name it *phoenix*_6.fhp, but since it cannot create the file with an * symbol, it fails.
Solution?
New account.

I'm not sure if staff have/use the ability to change usernames, but it might not hurt to ask.
However, registration opens at random times, so just keep an eye on it. c;

If you guys are having trouble, please make your own thread..Thanks. :3
Anyway..
You can try the following:
- Make sure there isn't some missing or mismatched coding in the material file.
- Make sure you are logged in under the correct username while exporting
- Try closing & restarting before exporting again
Hope something here helps. Good luck

fyi, All the files belonging to that preset go into the same folder. So if you're using preset folder_7 the mane texture goes in that same folder along with all the other preset files Smiley
