Helpers

Hello, there. It just popped in my head, so.. helpers.

What are the helpers?
The Helpers are players of FeralHeart that are willing to help users with any questions they may have.

Goals?
The goal of the helpers is to help users with their questions.
And of course, reduce the amount of whispers FH staff get.

The helpers shouldn't be an official part of FeralHeart staff. Any suggestions, comments or criticism are welcome.

Hey floof, no worries because all you said makes sense. Helpers shouldn't be part of the staff members as you said but helping is part of being an overall outstanding user. Also, they also should be people who are kind and loving to the community. :3 You're also a smart thinker. Helpers are useful around here so staff members shouldn't have to have piles of questions which may keep recurring.

This is a really nice idea, Moon! If it ever became an actual thing I'm positive it would definitely help out the current staff a bunch with the questions and concerns they get from players all the time.

@AlphaEclipse: Helpers will be picked by applications and I think it will be good to have an official helper list in a thread somewhere in the forum. It's a possibility that FH staff should pick the helpers. I think there should be at least two or three helper leaders that will stay behind the whole project. I believe helpers will develop somehow.

I think this is a good idea. There is a lot of people who have questions about this game, and helpers would be useful.
