Needing a really good heightmap

So I've been trying to make a map but my height map skills are very poor and horrible because the hills are very round and so is the river I need the heightmap to be with a river, A small lake and also please add some ponds

youll have to change the file to grayscale and possibly resize it (not sure if the size changed when I uploaded it!)

Im not good at height sizing can you send me the download of it or you cant Because I have no idea how to resize on gimp or paint o.o
Resized it and the game crashes
