How do I get a friends map ingame?

Ok, so I downloaded a map for FeralHeart from a friend for a rp, and extracted it since it was zip. It extracted alright, but now I dont know what to do T.T I looked in Mapmaker and it isnt there.

To open zip files you need 7Z, you can download it here: http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
