Water Mill Location?

If I'm not incorrect, there appears to be a map called "Water Mill" in the game.  However, I have not been able to access this area, though I am sure that I have explored nearly every inch of the original maps.  The correct files are there and in the right place, I just don't know where this map is..

Yep, WaterMill is the map you see on the startup of the game. You can also access it by adding a portal to it, no need to export it. (Sometimes, it'll crash if you do export it.)

To get into the Watermill map You Go on mapmaker, Load it. Add a Portal, Save. Your Done, Well thats what i did but everythings alittle different or something? You could try what i did?

^ Basically, you can't get to it through the game normally, you have to add it yourself. Just expanding on what you guys said in case it confuses them lol

Open map maker, load watermill, go world tab, check "Has portal" box, add the coordinates 10 10 10 10, save the changes. Go to cape.
