Game Help / Uninstalled Game, Re-installed, and it still won't let me in!?

I'm a long time player of the game and I've decided to revisit the game and bring back all the nostalgia! I completely uninstalled my existing version of the game. I re-installed it, yet it is still telling me I need to install the latest patch. Does the game not already contain the latest patch version when you initially install it?? I would think it would... I have even tried installing the patch separately, and try to replace it with the patch that was initially installed with the game and it is not letting me replace it by dragging and dropping. It only gives me the option to open the patch. HELP!!

Also, the new patch never shows up as "FeralHeart.exe" on my computer. It just shows up as "FeralHeart" .  :-\

Game Help / Feralheart.exe has stopped working, after I downloaded a certain mesh.

Here is the problem. I have had my feralheart say "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" one other time, and until we got a new computer, I couldn't play it, or anything for 5 months. I get super upset when something like this happens. Okay. Now to the real problem. Today I just got finished downloading Thiery's campfire mesh. It worked perfectly. Next thing I know, I go back into the game so that I can resume making my newest map, so I can finally put my new campfire mesh in it. When the game starts up, it gets no farther than the black screen at the beginning, and says "Feralheart.exe has stopped working. Windows will notify you for a solution if found." WTF? I am NOT on any circumstances uninstalling the game. I have several presets on there that took me weeks. Not only presets, but maps, and other meshes. I am in desperate need for help here! Note: If I don't get this thing working, I will end up crying myself to sleep every night because I can no longer get on feralheart. lol. This has never happened before when downloading meshes. Ever. I'm am very upset already......please help! Thanks!                                      ~Tivio

Game Help / Wolf preset fur texture. Not working!?(SOLVED)

This has been going on for quite some time now. I downloaded ToXiC_FUR realistic wolf texture. I did everything right by replacing the old wolf textures with the new ones. The head texture and tail texture work just perfectly, but it's the body that is giving me great trouble. This stresses me out so much and angers me right down to the bone. I can't stand it anymore and I am not really getting any answers on how to fix this. Game Help / Cant hear the map's music?

Hello, Tivio here! I recently downloaded Muser's map "Ice concert", and there is no music. I did what I normally do and correctly do, such as after downloading the map, copy it's files, and paste them into exports. Well, the only music there is, is the default feralheart music. (Pretty much the flourite plains track.) Help? Thanks bunches!       ~Tivio

Site/Forum Help / Picture or animation at the end of a post??

Hi, Tivio here. I have always wondered about the pictures, or the animations people put at the end of their posts, replies, or anything really. My question is, how do you put a picture after everything you say? I'm guessing it is kind of like a signature. Example= I have a picture of my char that I want after every post. If you know what I'm trying to say, could you please tell me how to do it? Also, I do not mean like a screenie either. Finished Maps / Africa Savannah (realistic & public)

Literate or Nonliterate: Literate, but not over the top. Keep it realistic.
RP in local or group: local. I will not have a group for this, you can make your own pride since there are more than one prides in Africa.
RP samples?: None. I believe they judge too much, and I do not like being mean:)
Welcome to my Africa Savannah map! create any African big cat from a Leopard, Lion, or Cheetah! If you would like to make your char even MORE realistic, what I do is I look at a good picture of what animal I want. From the shape of the skull, how much it weighs, and color of pelt. In this map you will get a feel of a more realistc approach to hunting. We have Zebra's, Gazelle's, Giraffe's, and Elephants. We also have fish in the watering hole. Unfortunatly, the animals do not move. I downloaded them from one of the forums. If I am not in the map, I am either offline or on another char. Any time I get the chance to, I will be in the map if possible. Please have fun! I like to see people enjoying my maps.


I am EXTREMLEY devistated that I am NOT able to post screenshots. If you could do me a favor and download the map to take screenshots for me and upload them here, I would be uterly gratefull with all of my heart. It only takes file sizes of 192kb and for some reason mine are 450kb. If you guys know how to get it down to 192kb, please tell me in the comments.

       

Features?: Ground features are tall grass to stalk prey, fallen and shady trees to provide shelter, trees you might have to work to, to get up there:) (sorry, lol I tried my best to make them climbable.)Watering hole, and big rocks to rest on that are also sheltered by trees.

Finished Maps / Arctic Tundra (public)

I have here, a finished downloadable Tundra map. lots of trees, mountains, and caves. This map doesn't allow neons, wings, or anything crazy looking. Need somewhat realistic arctic animals. White wolves, grey wolves, you can even be deer. Heck, make a polar bear char if you want :)

Haha I don't know how to do that and I want very specific directions please. I have looked at some other answers for this question and none of them make any since? Game Help / My preset body texture won't fit the preset body!

I'm making a preset. I am not using the textures that the game came with. I am using these head, body, and tail markings for a wolf that I downloaded. They are a realistic wolf texture  and the head copied and pasted right in. The body texture however won't. It will seem as if it is a Zoom in of the texture and it shows the guide lines, but not my markings. Please help! Thanks!

Game Help / Need a new preset_1body file! Mine got jaked up :3

when I was going to start making my preset's body, I screwed something up, and the guide lines are permanetly on the preset_1body file. I need to download that one file again, or have a picture posted as a reply of it so I can copy the picture, delete the bad one I have, and paste the new one in. Thanks so much!   :D
