Did you make sure to close completely out of the game after reinstalling the previous podium you had?
Try changing rendering systems.
And if that doesn't help, you may just need to reinstall the game.

Something is messed up with your object groups/exported objects.
Delete the ones associated with the Podium and reinstall them.

Or, install another FeralHeart to a folder, I call mine BackupFeralHeart, and copy the Podium folder, as well as the default object groups over.

When you reinstall Chocobo's podium make sure you replace when asked if you want to replace or not.

Then, go to your media>terrains folder and remove the folder and .map file that has the name of your custom podium. Don't delete them, just get them out of your FH files, so move them to your desktop or a place you see fit.

Also make sure that there is no podium maps in your exports folder as well.

This should hopefully fix your problem. Good luck!
