Map won't show up in Cape of Distant Worlds![Solved]

Right so this is what is happening:
My map has been exported, I have gotten .fhm and .fho files for it.
I go into the Cape of Distant Worlds and it is not there, i tried re-exporting it but it fails to export.
I have tried renaming it, saving it and trying to export it again.
I have tried restarting my game.
I have tried uploading the files to mediafire and downloading them again.
Nothing has worked.
Help me please! :-[

In Map Maker check that the "Has Portal" box has been ticked so your portal will show.
