PLEASE HELP ME WITH SOME MAP FILES!!!

Can someone please help me,I made a map and uploaded all the files to media fire but people are complaining that they don't work because they are cfg files.I looked at some maps other people have made and there files are not cfg. I think i might need to change the cfg files to the same ones as other maps, but i don't know how and i don't even know what to change the files to.Please can someone help me, I'm lost.

First of all, this belongs in the Game Help section. Second, when exporting a map, it shouldn't immediately go to a .cfg file. It should export as .fhm, .fhs, .fhw, and .fho. You might be able to change the file types if you go into your libraries and right click it.

ok so is that the order to change the files in? fhs then the next folder fhw and so on? and sorry about not puting post in the game help section.  and i will next time

You need to go into your map maker and export your map from there. Once you export the map you get the files you need in the correct format in your "exports" folder. You shouldn't have to go through all this hassel if you're doing it right.

ok i tried to export it again but it keeps saying it failed to export
