Why is the "Registration Closed"? Or is that just me...

A friend of mine is trying to register but every time she completes it she says that it says "Registration Closed".
She has never registered before and I doubt there are too many people in this game, so why is this happening?

When the Feral Heart registration opens it normally stays open for about 30 minutes to one hour. So your friend could be catching it at it's last five minutes, so by the time she's made an account the registration could have closed again. Or maybe there is just a glitch?

The registration is open for one or two hours.
So maybe your friend started to register when the registration was about to close.
Your friend might check every hour to catch the registration.

Adding onto this, it's recommended that your friend have all of her account info (email, username, password, etc) at the ready, written down beside her so all she has to do is throw in the account info into registration, and she'll be done very quickly.
