Cant download or open Feral heart :C

I can't get my feral heart to open so i tried downloading it again. But i can't even download it anymore help meh plz :C

well i put in a third map called feral city when i was going to a different area of the place (aka the movie theater) it would not load. so i closed it then opened it again clicked my start on the wolf i had in feral city, and it still didn't load so i closed the feral heart window. i went to redownload feral heart it wouldn't let me download at the picture of the file it said preparing download and under it, it said enter security code. I opened feral heart and now it won't open at all i don't know what to do :C (+ I'm using a Mac)

If you're going to reinstall Feral-heart, be sure to remove/delete the Feral-heart files and folder before doing so. I believe you can use the "trash" option on a Mac computer.

Yes, that's right. If your computer requires a restart to complete the removal, then do so before redownloading the  game.

it didn't change from security code thing and i fear restarting my dad's computer because i feel like that would be a bad thing :c
