The game is simple.
Fight other users to the end for a golden muffin. The goal along the way is to make other users suffer a humiliating/crazy death.
After you attack them shout something random.

Example:

Person 1: *hits person 2 with my car* You'll never take meh alive >C
Person 2: *drives a machete through person 1's throat* FOR NARNIA >;U
Person 3: *smashes person 1's and person 2's skull together* I'm Batman >D
