I wanted to make and edit some vidoes in FH. So my question is What is a good screen recording and editing program? That is free and safe? Thanks!

Well it depends on what sort of computer/laptop you are using for this.  I use a Mac and the best quality recording softwares [which are free] are QuickTime Player and ScreenFlow.  I actually think QuickTime Player is available on windows too, if so use that!  Some other window-running recording systems are Audacity, CamStudio and Bandicam.  Audacity is also available for Mac.
