As Preach has said, use the coding above to add y'er picture in. Just make sure to copy the picture URL and paste it inbetween the two [img]'s. To copy a picture URL, just right click the picture and find the option that says "Copy Image URL". Can't wait to see y'er preset, deary!
To make it y'er profile icon, head to y'er profile and click "Forum Profile Information". The first option that should be shown is y'er profile picture with two ways to upload it, "I have my own pic" and "I will upload my own picture". If ye wish to upload from y'er computer, use the last option. To upload it from a site, use the image's URL {How to get this is in the paragraph above.} and paste it in the box provided.
Uploading the picture from another site will give ye better resolution, so I would recommend doing that.
