Model Won't Load In Game, But Shows Just Fine On The Map Maker

A cave model that I downloaded and added to my custom map works fine during editing, but won't show when I actually join it with a character! I've tried deleting and adding it, moving it, etc. Please help!

There is most likely an issue with exporting that specific model.  When you export it does it tell you that the .fho for that exported?

Yes, it exports as normal with both the map and the object maker.
