Site/Forum Help / My friend has Password Problems :(

I wasnt too sure on where to post this question, but my friend is having some problems logging into his FH. Since he cant login and ask for himself, I'm asking for him. So here goes

Problem:
He hasn't been online in a while and wants to play again, but has forgotten his password. After trying a bunch of different passwords, and none of them worked, he went and tried to reset his pass. After getting and email and resetting it, the game/site still wouldn't let him in.

He cant get a new account, because open registrations are very hard to catch, and he cant login. Please Help!

Game Help / Is there a way to delete my preset from preset sync?

Problem: So Iv'e found out that something happened to one of my exported FHP files that caused it to become corrupted and crash my game. Whenever I deleted the broken file, my game worked fine, but since I uploaded that Preset file to PresetSync, it keeps downloading it again and again to my computer and causes the game to keep crashing.

My Question: I was wondering if there is a way to delete my uploaded preset from PresetSync, Ive already had to uninstall PresetSync because that was the only way to keep my fixed preset running without my old corrupted preset always reappearing in my folder and overrunning my fixed one. Please help!

Other Info that might be important: Corrupted Preset that I uploaded to presetsync: FishyBiscuits_5.fhp (theres also FishyBiscuits_8.fhp, I'd like that one removed too please if possible)

Game Suggestions & Ideas / New Shark Items Idea!

I have been working real hard on creating one of my main OCs in FH using a preset, but sadly FH doesn't have any Shark Tails or Dorsal Fins. This is a bummer because my OC is a Manokit (Shark/Wolf Hybrid sort of thing)

The Fin would be customizable, either with presets or with markings/colour options.
The tail would be just like any other Tail, except it would be a shark Tail!!

Just an idea, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one oping to have shark related items on our characters :')

(Idk if I'm even posting this in the right place, but umm there's my Idea XD )

Game Help / (Solved for now) crash when trying to select specific characters

Idk if this has ever come up before, but whenever I'm flipping thru my characters and when I come upon the one character that I have a preset on, the game crashes. I can play freely with all my characters but the specific one I want to play as, which is the one that crashes the game.

I tried creating a new character and putting the same preset on it, but whenever I try to EDIT any one of my existing characters, or creating a completely new one, the game crashes all the same.

I thought that maybe its my preset that got corrupted somehow, so I tried exporting the preset again. I exited back to the main menu, clicked creative den, and clicked preset creator, but the game experienced yet another crash.

I also tried resetting the home on the glitching character, and pressing Go Home on all of my characters thru the user panel, but that didn't fix the problem at all.

I also tried switching the rendering system on the game, but that didn't work either.

I'm really frustrated because I've tried fixing the problem myself with any and all the knowledge I have of how the game works, but It seems I don't know enough and I have no idea what to do to fix it.

Game Help / "Bad Token" when trying to download new version of the game

I cant Download the new version of the game, whenever I try to do the web setup for the game, it takes me to a login page, and when I try to log in it takes be to a white page with the words "Bad Token" written in black at the top left of the page. I'm so flipping upset I'm actually crying right now. Someone please help I cant even enjoy a decent day on FH.
