Feral Heart

So I have just now seen the new update with the new patch- and I've been looking around trying to find a answer for this but can't find one. With the new patch, do we have to redownload the game in order for the new maps or if we log in the game its already there & we don't need to redownload the game?

I have wanting to go on the game but idk if you need to redownload it for the new maps to work.
