Recently i have redownloaded FH and now, When im in Cape Distant Worlds.... There are no portals? Is this a new update or is my game broken? Please help!

Can explain more about theses "portals"? Are you talking about the maps you download?

Yes, I have downloaded 2 so far; One just finished

First, I have to know did you downloaded maps BEFORE redownloading FH or AFTER? If before, they just aren't installed (added to your exports, etc. folders). If after you just have to check are there all of the files on the right places

Okay im in exports, There are no maps nothing, Except Read me, and do i transfer over City.fhm?
