cant log into the game?

hello!! I am new to the whole feral heart game but my fantastic friend snowflake is helping me out but there is still one problem!!!!!I can't seem to play the game I filled out the corresponding boxes but what happens is that as I hit login the page bleeps and kinda just reloads and I can't play the game cause of it! pwweeez help XC
