Game complaint

So i have a complaint anyway for no apparent reason when i logged on it said i had been banned for 13 min Y? someone tell me! why have i been banned and what for it was for no apparent reason???

You probably wrote your username or password wrong multiple times.

You may have incorrectly typed your username or password, if you do this enough, you are banned for x amount of time, depending on how many times you do so.

If not, then it is most likely something that has happened in order for you to get banned.
