Feral Heart

Is there a guide for every map and where to find them? :0c
it's been kinda hard to pinpoint and find the map entrances and exits. The only maps that i currently know are The Grounds, Ficho Tunnels, Kiwimbi beach, Zama Grotto(if thats how you spell it), Bonfire Islands, Eastern Pass and Cape of Distant Worlds(excluding lonely cave). It's been kind of a hassle to re-find the portals even though you've already found them before(due to the maps being a lot bigger, though i really do love the added content!)

I don't see a lot of people hanging around in maps where you have to jump through a ton of portals though(however i've only been here for a short while since a few days ago). I'm an old player from many years ago and i remember there being a lot of people in almost every map(excluding the last cave), especially in fluorite plains and bonfire island, so its kinda sad to see that people are only hanging around several maps, but i suppose that could be a consequence of having much much larger maps ;o;

Anyway.. Is there some sort of guide to all the portal placements?
if there is could someone please link it here? that would be most appreciated ;v;
