I'm back in the hospital. I'm in my own room here now and stayed over since last night. I am still unable to eat so I'm back on IV. Yesterday I went to an Ear Nose & Throat specialist who ran a scope through my nose down into my throat. They didn't see anything wrong in that area so I was then told to see a general doctor. After a long wait doctors saw me and discussed my case with each other. I was rushed back to the emergency room. From there I've been moved up to my own room in the hospital with a neighbor. They are trying to schedule an appointment for me to immediately see a GI specialist. They plan on doing a procedure on me where they will sedate me and run a scope down my throat into my stomach to see what's going on. I will be having numerous tests done. If worst comes to worse I may need a feeding tube since I'm unable to swallow well still.
I'm very nervous. I've never been through something like this before. I will still try to come around here every so often but for now I may not be able to keep up with my normal duties here. I ask you all if you need help consider messaging one of the other active staff in the mean time. I miss you all very much...
I am afraid but I plan to make a recovery and come back to my old ways here.
