Can't download the exe file says "can't get it saftly" and when i try to play i get "download the latest patch" how am i supposed to do that if i can't even download the patch?

I do have animation installed but it crash before i even can get to TG

I do have a preset on that character can that be the problem? c: if so how can i delete the preset without crashing before i get to that character?

I can scroll to some of my chars before it says loading then crashes.

No i use 22 augh markings and leghendary item pack and all my char has same item/Marking pack, i don't get any messege at all it just crashes down without a warning.

I have a problem with my FH i have 2 users and one of them work very fin but my other user keep crashing when it come to some characters without a warning i have tried to do user-reset home it dose not help But i can log back on too that user just fine but not pick my Alpha Female in a pack i have it crash everytime when i come to a specefic character, I could play just fine on her for a couple of days ago. ;/ i have tried to change username as well not helped tried to change  password did not either work.

Hi i see you stopped to read this thread maybe you are interested to see what this is about?. Let me tell you.

I am Electra a canine or correctly a wolf that have my own pack in game know as Forgotten Shores Pack and we are slowly growing if you look for a relaxing/fun group then maybe this pack is for you?

But you ruin the fun not only for me.. for many more players that joined this game/community to find friends and have a good time.. But look you ruin this.. And you need a staff team.. they are there to help not to ruin.. But we ALL fight for this game.. Do you really think this is a good idea?! seriously Raz I am admin of a site/group and not even i dose this to my members because i know how WRONG it is... Sure all have bad days/time.. but please Raz do not take it out over the players/community.. that is not right. There is many people i might dislike.. but i accept them because they are a part of the game/community.. and so are you.. but what you are doing is WRONG.
