Lost Character

I downloaded a map and whenever i try to get in it says failed to connect, i tried taking the map files out of the exports and that didnt work i also tried getting on with FH+ but that didnt work either how to i get my character back without having to make another?

Like I said in the other post. Server. Error. It probably wont' be let out until the server's reset.
