How to make markings!

Ive done everything like you said and also triple-checked the names in the cfg and the png, made it transparent, tried while logged in in the edit/creation/preset maker but my marking name just wont appear =(
why could that be?

I cant find the markings.cfg file, which folder is it in?

I noticed the tutorial doesn't say anything about transparencies.

When you erase the marking, is the erased part white or does it show a grid of gray and white squares? The gray and white squares means it's transparent in the area you erased. You want that.

Anywho, I'd be happy to look it over if someone else hasn't already~

 What do you mean by that? I tried what you said and my  wont show up lol not even the whole thing being filled as black and the markings that I want to show up should be white right? ( IM CONFUSED PLZ HELP! D: )

One question..I'm new and all but what do you mean by.......take any of the marking from Ingame and use them as a guide. Remember erased parts on the file will be the marking. When your done, be sure to name it fmarkmarkingBody.png?

Well in the Textures folder the markings are put there. Open any of them up in GIMP or something and change it to your own. In the pictures the erased bits look white, so you colour the background in black and erase the bits you want to show up. Depending if your using a "c" or "f" you need to save it as that name (f/cmarkmarkingBody/Head/Tailetc.png) in order for it to show up.
