People cannot see your items unless they also have an item pack, and people cannot see your preset unless you upload it to the "Preset Sync" or send them the files.
I'd recommend taking a look here at the "Member Made Tutorials" section for help on anything. Also, feel free to PM me.

The only time people can see your presets is if they download the preset file (FHP file) and put it in their Feral Heart preset folder. Same goes for the items. If other people downloaded the same items pack you have, then they will see your items.

As for making custom meshes and maps, you can look through the Feral Heart Manual and it will show you how to make maps and meshes. Or you can view the Member Made Tutorials.

ok and isn't there a item built into the game? my friend told me there was a santa hat, i think. can people see that?

Yes, people can see that item cause it's already there.

Be careful though, if you download a bunch of items and other people do as well but in another order, you could be seeing different items than what you are supposed to see on the characters. The most popular items packs right now are the latest Pawsome pack or the Ringo and Delays.
