Hello! Recently my friend decided that he wanted to join, but every time he registers, there's a problem.
It comes up with a little Information box at the top of the home page saying his account has been created and an email was sent to his address to activate it, but an email never comes. He tried registering again and it turns out the account wasn't even created - the username he wanted is still available. Is there any reason for this problem, and is there a way to fix it?
