I can't Login to that golden box up top?

So, I've heard that you can reset your characters by logging in up there, because my characters are getting eaten. It's bugging the heck out of me. I need to login the the box up there, and I can't? It just brings me back to the page I was last at, like it refreshes. I don't understand... Help? ;; (I love my characters)

Try logging out with the brown toolbar at the top left of the forum, below the banner and your account icon. Then, I'd suggest logging in using the golden box. If it doesn't work, try it another time or three, since there have been little glitches like that in the past, as I recall.

But either way, make sure you log out first, then try it out new.

Okay, I've logged out, and tried to do what you said about 7 times. I only logged in to say this. I will try again, just to see, but I don't know why this isn't working? :/

Btw, sorry for the double post, but even when I logout to try to login to the box, it just has the same result, the effect of 'refreshing the page'.

Just keep at it, usually If you stay on a page for a long long time, it says refresh your login again. Just do it again and it will let you in. Same with the orange box on the top right corner.

Hmm. Okay, I'll try that. But I've tried everything, I don't understand why I can't get in. I know it's right, there's nothing that pops up saying my username or password is invalid. This is frustrating...
