Words As Links? RESOLVED

Hello! This may seem a bit odd, but I can't figure out how to make a work a link.

In case you're a bit confused on what I mean, it's when you have any random word such as "Hello", and when you click it, it opens up another page with a link. It's a code that I have yet to figure out. :/

I'm trying to revamp my signature so that you can access my dA page from it. I just would like the code and an explanation of what to put where in it.

A quick tip, if you want to share any sort of code on the forum there's the "#" icon as you make a post or type code within brackets which will prevent your codes to do anything and just be plain text.
