Preset Copyright Texture Question

I'm making another preset but this time I'm using a free to use fur texture. I just wanted to make sure this is okay to put in the preset sync because of this:

By uploading here you are stating you have full redistribution rights for all textures and code within your preset

Here is the texture by the way: http://www.texturegen.com/free-textures/texture-1344/ (The character isn't a goat I just used this for the fur.)

You can't exactly give credit to someone when it's automatically downloaded, but I could put it in the character bio.

They say it's free to use so I doubt that you'll get a copyright claim if you use it.

Locking this as the question has been answered. As pointed out, the texture is free to use so that is acceptable to be uploaded into the sync.
