Sister can't get into her account

My sister, can't get into her account, 5 times i've tried but it sends me to this account, any ideas why it wont work?

Try cleaning out your browser history and cachefiles, delete cookies and what not and try again.

Aha, I think I found the problem, the password was 'very' similar and I think it got mixed up. So i've changed my password (A.k.a it worked)
