since you've downloaded meshes before this happened it wouldn't hurt to try. make sure to back them up though if you want any of them.

Update: Clearing out my objects folder worked? Kind of not hoping that would be the issue but oh well. xD
Thank you guys for your help! Now to replace all my meshes hooray
