I don't have the solution for that. But try checking the links going to other help threads they may help you.

its saying: OGRE EXCEPTION(5ItemIdentityException): OverlayElement with name Map Title/Text not found. In OverlayManager::getOverlayElementImpl at c:\ogre_161_tag\OgreMain\src\OgreOverlayManger.cpp (line 593)

Here you go DinWolfie. I'm not sure if this will work, but copy the file you downloaded, go to the FeralHeart files then Media>Overlay>Overlay2 and paste it in there. I think it will work then.

what do i do? i was on map maker and i went into objects and clicked on Gazelle and is came up with an error thing that said:

OGRE EXCEPTION(6:FileNotFoundException): Cannot locate
resource gazelle.mesh inresource group Autodetect or any
other group. in ResourceGroupManager::openResource at
c:\Ogre_161_tag\OgreMain\src\OgreResourceGroupManager.ccp
(line753)

and when i try to get other animals like, a hare, bear or wilderbeast it does the same but says it about what i have tryed to get. What do i do? i tryed looking for where it said but i cant find it on my laptop.

I usually only do default missing files. Also- you need to put the .mesh files and their textures you downloaded into My_Objects.

ok and i cant find the .mesh files that im trying to get :( where are they?

d3dx9 is NOT a file that is included in the game. It is a system library for direct3D I think.
d -> direct
3d -> 3D
x9 -> version 9
I guess that's what caused the ogre exception too.

Do NOT put it into the feralheart folder. I found it inside C:>WINXP>system32, so I guess you should put it into the equivalent folder on your comp.
I think this person had the same problem. If you follow Thunderheart's directions your problem may be solved. If not please tell me. :)
I did all this now, FH won't load at all! D':

I downloaded and placed the file within the right folders, Still the same problem. :o

Do you get an error Flamingheart? If not, then just rather A. Re-install FeralHeat, but uninstall FeralHeart before you Re-install it. Backup the certain files you need.
B. If you remember then just put it back how it was before you tried.
DinWolfie, the Gazelle.mesh may not be in there, if you don't really need the gazelle.mesh then just go into the Objects folder, find the group .object file that the gazelle.mesh is in and erase the gazelle.mesh stuff, everything under it until it gets to the next object, which should have the []around the object word.
For example...
[Gazelle]
mesh0=%gazelle.mesh;0 0 0;1 1 1;1 0 0 0;
[Giraffe]
mesh0=%giraffe.mesh;0 0 0;1 1 1;1 0 0 0; Erase the Gazelle, not the [Giraffe] Which is the next object.

Now, if you want, you can give me the file(s) that you downloaded to get the meshes. I can try to see what the problem is and rather tell you what to do to fix it, or upload the fix.
