If you never get the chance to register, here is when it does.
Usually at late night when nobody is on, it's open. It opens during the day, too. Check every once in a while to get your chance. That's how I got my chance. You're welcome.  ;D

Though, everyone's Timezone is very different so it might send people looking at the wrong time.
