HELP PLEASE!

Hello, when I install new verison.. I have this problem...I can run the game fine, but everything is black... How to fix it? :/

Have you gone to the User Panel and reset your characters' homes? Also make sure to click 'Go Home' afterwards.

Also, the pictures don't work. You need to upload them to something like Tinypic in order for us to see them <3

Adding on to what Fire said c:
It could take a couple of resets before you click go home or clicking go home a few times just in case.
If the problem persists, change your character's name, even if it's one later or temporary; if you're able to get in you can try changing the name of your character back to what it was before c:
