When is the Registration Usually Open?

I've been having trouble logging in, and I've realized the problem is my username; it's over sixteen characters. So, of course, I have to make a new account.
But when is the registration usually open? Does anyone know?

The registration opens randomly for two hours every day, or every other day. It can open any time of the day and nobody knows exactly when. Follow the link below for more information:

Pretty much everything you need to know is in the link above. There is no exact timing of any day when Registration opens, it just opens at random times.
Locking this thread as all the info you need to know has pretty much been shared and explained to you.
Good luck with catching it open again~
