One-way Preset

Okay, so I have this preset I made and exported. I sent my friend the link to it. She installed it in her presets folder (yes, "presets", not "my presets"). She still can't see it. I would appreciate some help here, and I am not the only one with this problem. One of my other friends is having a similar issue with someone else's preset.

A few things with presets is - You must log onto your account correctly, this was a deal back before and not sure if it was fixed. My username was Ouuka but when i was exporting my preset is logged on as ouuka. if u dont put the caps it DOES matter. Another is to make sure it was exported properly, and that it came out as fhp. file.

The first thing both of us checked was the spelling and capitalization. It's all correct. And yes, the preset did come out as a .fhp file.
