Movies not playing

So I went in-game today, but I'm not able to play movies at all right now. I'm not sure what's going on, because everything else in the game appears to be working correctly.

From my experience, it's moving the chat box that causes this issue.
If you restart your game it should work again.

Yes this is unfortunately a bug that happens when you resize the chat box horizontally. Happens to me all the time so I know how frustrating it can be. As Arreze stated, restarting the game fixes the issue.

I'll go ahead and lock this as the question has been answered. And you can't move it unless you mess around with the overlay files but you can resize it while you're ingame which causes this movie bug.
