Nope. Chell, the character you play as, does bleed if a Turret hits her, but the small amounts of blood aren't that bad. Rated 'T'

I. Love. This. Game. I've played both of them through so many times xD I even found some app for my phone so I could record the ratman's signals. The pictures were cool that came up. Portal 2... lol companion cube on the moon. Kinda gave a spoiler if you did see it.
