This doesnt really solve my issue. Its because of the new login procedure. That forum post is about accessing feralheart to begin with
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.
Also do keep in mind that this is not a help thread, most help threads made will be seen by someone and if it's a problem that can be sorted it will.Ok. Thanks for the tip. Thanks for keeping FeralHeart alive.
Please try to user firefox browser since it has been proven to work the best if you have issues, and do not diddle with any settings regarding the connection to the internet.
I think its the proxy thing that causes some people to not experience the time out.Can you guys at least patch the login tab so that it doesn't constantly time out? Because everyone seems to be complaining about it the most. Intact, theres a thread dedicated to that issue. I think once that issue is addressed, I think people will be less frustrated with this new login system. As far as I know, they're still working on this. There are still a lot of things to be worked through and looked at.
I'm not sure why, but only some people have this issue, while others have no problem at all.
Ok. Thanks for the reassurance. How soon can they get the regular log in back up?Because I'm on the verge of pulling my hair out because it keep disconnecting me every 5 minutes.
This will all depend on how much free time Raz can spare to work on the server. He is very busy with real life and his own real money paying job and does not 'ave much free time to begin with. I am sure he is doing his best to get FeralHeart back up and running safely and back to normal. Do be patient with the staff and bear with us as we go through this tough time t'gether. <3
Ok. makes sense. So basically, they have the servers off until they decide on a safer security system? You can say that, yes.
Staff are working on getting the server back and secure, yes.
